Let's Clear the Stagnation of Winter
Spring is a natural time for renewal. But for many people, it’s when fatigue, brain fog, allergies, and sluggish digestion peak.
From an Ayurvedic perspective, winter’s heaviness accumulates in the body as ama—metabolic waste that slows digestion, clouds the mind, and taxes the immune system. As the season shifts, this buildup begins to mobilize, which can feel like:
- Low energy or chronic fatigue
- Bloating, constipation, or irregular elimination
- Brain fog and poor focus
- Seasonal allergies or inflammation
- Feeling heavy, stuck, or unmotivated
Instead of feeling refreshed by spring, many people feel depleted and disconnected from their natural rhythm.

Let's Welcome Spring with Vitality
The Guided Ayurvedic Spring Equinox Cleanse is a 5-day guided program designed to help your body release accumulated toxins, reset digestion, and restore balance at a foundational level.
This is not a juice fast or extreme detox. It’s a structured, clinically grounded cleanse based on Ayurvedic medicine—one of the world’s oldest and most sophisticated systems of health.
Through targeted nutrition, herbal support, and daily guidance, the cleanse works to:
- Clear ama (toxins and metabolic waste)
- Stoke agni (digestive and metabolic fire)
- Rebuild ojas (vitality, resilience, immune strength)
- Regulate the nervous system
- Support natural elimination and detox pathways
The result is a system-wide reset that supports both physical and mental clarity.
How the Cleanse Works
Each day you will eat simple meals of kitchari, a delicious, well-cooked stew of rice and mung beans, flavored with nourishing spices. Your cleanse kit will also include ghee, and custom-blended Ayurvedic herbs.
During the cleanse you will avoid eating outside of meal times, and you will drink plenty of plain water. On the last evening, your body will be well prepared for a final flush, which involves salted lemon water.
The cleanse includes a guided container of support, before, during and after your cleanse, including two individual sessions with Gwen Diaz, AyD. Additionally, you will receive lifestyle guidance to support your cleanse, including breathing, movement and meditation practices, journal prompts, and an option to participate in a private cleanse community.
Please note: This is a real cleanse. The process may feel challenging at times as toxins mobilize and release. Temporary discomfort is part of the therapeutic process—and also why this cleanse includes practitioner guidance and community support. Most people report feeling significantly better after completing the 5 days.
